Elements relevant to the provision of well-designed housing stock and the need for better urbanization are listed. Other unanswered questions relate to the different professions in the housing industry.

Community support can be achieved when the community is created. Current residential density and built form arrangements are not focused on community creation and community support.
Elements of support services could be achieved with a higher density and higher variety of residents and their interdependence.
Living, working, educating, and shopping locally is a base for the well-connected community.
Pedestrianized and bike-friendly neighborhoods will support the locals.
* 23% Affordable homeownership and rental options
Affordable homes are modular/ precast/mass-produced homes with minimal profit margin and minimal labor involvement. Off-the-shelf, standardized, and size-flexible designs should be available for 20% of the total yearly housing stock.
Rental options should be expanded by the introduction of multi-family residential scheme support.
