SMALL LOT HOUSING CODE (SLHC) DISCUSSION PAPER

In its current form, a Small Lot Housing Code (SLHC) is used within existing residential estates at the bookend of the block. Also, it can form part of medium density development. Occasionally it is used where land is overlooking open space or wetlands. The original SLHC VPA document can be found here.
