Our aim is to achieve a consistent high-quality design for dwellings, landscaped areas, and access points, to create a strong visual identity for this master-planned development.
These design guidelines apply only to the area noted in the ‘Location Plan’. They do not include Building Approval. A building permit is required from a licensed Building Surveyor, registered Home Builder, or an Architect prior to constructing your dwelling. If you require any clarification regarding the content of this document please seek guidance from your architect or builder in the first instance.
These Design Guidelines do not apply where more than one dwelling is to be constructed on a lot.
The siting and design of your dwelling are required to be approved by the ‘MDP’ (Mecene Design approval Panel). To apply for the plans checking write us an email following the link.
